Facilitates links and collaboration among its member groups toward improving the quality of life of disadvantaged communities in South East Asia through education and implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while promoting new dimensions of experience for engineers, engineering students, and similarly motivated non-engineers.
Engineers Without Borders-International (EWB-I) is an international federation of national Engineers Without Borders/Ingeneiurs Sans Frontier (EWB/ISF) Members Associations whose mission is to facilitate collaboration, exchange of information, and assistance among its members groups. All EWB-I member groups and partner organisations contribute to meeting the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) through capacity building in their projects. EWB-I endorses the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
From Denmark to USA, Sri Lanka, Australia and Argentina, just to name a few, there are many national Engineers Without Borders groups around the world forming this community.
